Return and Refund Policy

We promise a full item cost refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase of our non-print-on-demand products. Any purchase issue must be reported to us within 7 days from the date you received the item to get it resolved, or to get a return shipping address. We cannot accept any return without contacting us first. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

However, the following products and situations are not qualified for the return and refund:

** Any Print On Demand products; Any masks and PM2.5 filter do not qualify for the return and refund due to the nature of the product. However, if you receive a damaged or broken order, or a wrong size order, or a missing order, or don't receive the order, then please contact our customer service with the proof of your claim and your purchase receipt. We will verify them. If your claim is valid, then, we will re-make the order, and then re-ship it to you.

** Any items on our site because the shipment was delayed due to major holidays, such as Chinese Single Day 11.11, Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Chinese Labor Day on May 01, Mother's Day, Father's Day, July 4th, etc., do not qualify for the refund. Please be patient and wait for your orders to arrive. However, if you do not receive the order at the end of the 3rd month counted from the date when we shipped out the order, please contact our customer service with the proof of your claim and your purchase receipt. We will verify them. If your claim is valid, then, we will re-make the order, and then re-ship it to you.

** Please know that we are not responsible for buyer's mistakes, such as choosing the wrong size, overlooking our size chart, tearing off the printed image and blaming us for our printing quality issue, etc.

Important! Before placing your order, please ensure you measure your body first and then refer to our size chart to find the best-matched size for you

We Guarantee our buyers will eventually receive what they ordered!

To be eligible for a return

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. The item must Not be Print-On-Demand Products, masks, mask filters, and SALE Items.
4. You must contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item.
5. You must have a receipt of your purchase.

** Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only non-print on-demand products at regular prices are qualified for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged order, please send us an email at: service@shopsportsfangear.com  or fill out the form on the Contact Us page to get a return shipping address.

Cancel Order
We don't accept canceling orders once the order is completed. Because all order production processes are started automatically, we can't stop our fulfillment production process.

Returning Shipping
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
